This Privacy Policy explains what limited information may be processed when you visit privatenoir.com (the “Site”). It is written for transparency and compliance; it does not create absolute guarantees or waive rights you may have under mandatory law.

Who we are

PrivateNoir operates privatenoir.com as an independent adult entertainment brand marketing AI-generated fictional muses and linking to paid membership on a third-party platform. Contact: hello@privatenoir.com.

What the Site is

The Site is a marketing and teaser experience for AI-generated fictional adult characters. Paid or member content is offered through Fansly (or another linked subscription platform). This Site does not process card payments itself.

Data we may process

• Age-gate preference stored in your browser’s localStorage (key used to remember that you confirmed you are 18+).
• Analytics notice preference in localStorage if you dismiss the analytics bar.
• Basic analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-oriented beacon; used to understand aggregate traffic).
• Server / CDN logs operated by Cloudflare (may include IP address, user-agent, referrer, request path, and similar technical data).
• Optional site feedback you may submit through the anonymous feedback form (optional topic category + message text up to a length limit). We do not ask for your name or email on that form, and the public page is designed not to display the delivery address. Notes are forwarded to our operations mailbox via an email delivery provider (currently Resend). “Anonymous” means we do not require identity — if you type personal details into the note itself, we may process that content as part of the message. For abuse prevention we may briefly process a hashed form of your IP address server-side (rate limiting); that hash is not included in the forwarded email. Cloudflare may still process ordinary request/network logs separately for security and reliability.

• /admin (if present) is for the operator only and is not intended for public use.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the Site as a marketplace for trading your personal information.

Payments

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Fansly (or your linked platform). Their privacy policy and terms apply to billing, payment methods, cancellations, and refunds. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on this Site. Billing reference: fansly.com/benayahu.

Cookies and local storage

• Age confirmation and analytics-notice keys in localStorage.
• Cloudflare may set technical cookies required for security, performance, or network operation.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-oriented; we still disclose its use so you can make an informed choice.

Retention

CDN and edge logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s defaults and our operational needs. Feedback notes and ordinary emails are kept as long as reasonably needed to review, respond, improve the Site, and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Rate-limit counters (hashed IP keys), if used, are short-lived (on the order of about one hour).

Service providers

We use infrastructure and tools that process data on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security, analytics) and an email delivery provider for feedback forwarding (currently Resend). Those providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you (for example, emails you sent us), subject to legal exceptions and verification. Contact hello@privatenoir.com. LocalStorage data on your device can usually be cleared by you in your browser settings.

International users

The Site may be accessed from outside Israel. The operator is associated with Israel. Processing may involve Cloudflare’s global network. Where mandatory local consumer or privacy rules apply, those rights are not waived by this policy.

Children

The Site is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates means you should re-read this policy when material changes appear.
